The Santa Barbara Group, LLC ("Santa Barbara") owns and operates a number of premier sites (the "Santa Barbara Sites") on the Web including Element Search + Win ("search.elementskateboards.com"). Santa Barbara is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its user communities. The intent of this privacy policy is to detail the information Santa Barbara may gather about individuals who visit the Santa Barbara Sites, how that information is used, and the Santa Barbara Sites' disclosure practices. Anonymous User Information

Invite Your Friends and Win

If you elect to use our referral service for informing a friend about any of our sites, we ask you for your friend's name and email address. Santa Barbara will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the particular Santa Barbara Site. Santa Barbara does not store the information related to your friends and the one-time email sent pursuant to your input will be our only contact with that person for such input.

If you contact Santa Barbara, we may keep a record of that correspondence and we may collect your email address.

Santa Barbara Group may use my name, likeness and/or voice in connection with advertising and/or promotional activities related to this contest on Santa Barbara Group's Web site, as well as in other promotional material that may be developed and distributed in any medium by Santa Barbara Group. Santa Barbara Group and Element may send me emails with updates regarding this promotion.

I agree to release and hold harmless Element and Santa Barbara Group, their subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, all respective parent companies, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from or relating to the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other claim which I now have or may hereafter have. In the effect you are a legal resident of the United States, I understand that all federal, state, local income or other taxes resulting from the receipt of the prize are my responsibility and Sponsor shall not be responsible for any portion of such liability. I further understand that if the retail value of my prize is $600 or more, I will receive a federal tax form 1099 for the retail value of my prize.
